Coming soon….Baby Tiso!

This past Sunday I made my way to NYC for a sweet maternity session! I was so excited to shoot and the weather was great (when the wind wasn’t blowing!) I met up with my good friends Erica and Carmine in Long Island City. I love the piers and cityscape in the background….one of the best spots for pictures! The love that these two share is undeniable and it makes me melt to see two of my friends so happy! Baby Tiso is due to arrive in July and I can’t wait to meet him! Yes, it’s a boy!!! I think it’s time to check out some of these adorable pictures!!

Meet baby Myla!

Last weekend was a ton of fun because I finally got to meet baby Myla!!! Myla is 3 months old and lives in Southwest Florida with her mommy and daddy, Alisa and Kevin. This blog entry is very near and dear to my heart because Alisa is my cousin and one of my best friends! I could not wait to photograph this little bundle of joy! She is seriously a model.  She even has the closet of a model….look at what was waiting for me when I arrived! Wardrobe all laid out!

Those eyes make you melt! And that hair! OMG!

This next set is probably one of my favorites….

Oh wait….this one is definitely a framer! LOVE it! We were in the car keeping warm before braving the freezing cold weather! I couldn’t resist snapping that shot!

And who could resist some sweet shots with Alisa and Kevin… one of the most beautiful families ever!

I can’t wait to come and visit! Miss you and love you all lots!

Guess who’s getting married….Jaime and Brian!!

I met up with Jaime and Brian a few months ago and loved the idea of taking some of their engagement pictures on the street where they live! It’s really important to me to shoot at a location that is meaningful to the couple–it just makes the photos that much better! Wouldn’t you agree?! Honestly, on the drive over to Jaime and Brian’s house I was smiling ear to ear because it was a BEAUTIFUL day. I know I always talk about the weather, but seriously, it was the perfect day! Not too hot, not too cold, not windy…just awesome. Take a look!

Meet their sweet dog, Lucy!! I love Lucy!! (haha and I didn’t even mean to copy the TV show title just now) She is like a little model! That face is just precious!

I was laughing at myself because apparently I thought I was part comedian during the shoot… Here’s why: Jaime grabbed some treats to bring for the pup and commented that Lucy is motivated by food. And then I said “me too!” Which honestly, is totally true! I’m not a morning person, but if you’re cooking bacon at 6am…I’ll be waiting at the kitchen table with a huge smile. I am a total foodie. Actually, I’m looking for some great new restaurants in the area…leave a comment and tell me your favorite restaurant! Now I’m hungry. Anyway….back to the shoot!

Next stop was at Scotia restaurant, The Lighthouse. It was an awesome spot for pictures! And the sky was ridiculous! Love!!!

I think it was right before these next two shots where I said, “Ok were are going to do the Polo/Nautica Ad look “(shot on the left)… What’s up models! Nailed it!

Oh my gosh I have a blast with these two! I just love my couples and my job! I can’t wait to see you guys on the Big day! Thank you so much for a fabulous shoot!

Welcome to the world Luca!

I’m really excited to share this blog entry with you! Baby Luca arrive about two weeks ago and he is so precious! I met up with Nicole, John, Ella and the new baby at their new home for some family photos. We started off the session in their family room and I just loved watching them interact with baby Luca. You can see the love and happiness in Nicole and John’s eyes as they look at their new son! Such a beautiful family! It was so hard to narrow this blog down….I had pretty much the entire shoot in my blog folder…but I finally got it to down to a reasonable length! Hope you enjoy them as much as I do!
